Marble and Granite Service, Ceramic Tile Service
I used a contractor referral service. They referred me to Bob's Tile Service. Someone named John with the same last name as Bob contacted me. I assume it was his son. He obviously had never done any tile work of any kind before. He showed up very late with no supplies. He spent two hours removing caulk, some of which did not need to be removed, and then he left for the day. We told him not to come back. I suspect he would not have returned anyway because he was definitely in over his head. He did not ask for any money up-front and we would not have given him any. Mostly, he wasted my time and I will have to replace the caulk myself. I am back to square one. I told him I would give him $50 when I told him not to come back. It wasn't earned. I just wanted to be rid of him.
