Williamsburg Group LLC

Given the level of stress we all experience in buying a home Williamsburg Group LLC and their staff and sub-contractors do an excellent job at trying to reduce it.

11/2013 - Update:  I?ve been the owner of a number of newly built homes.  Williamsburg Group LLC 
is the first builder that returned to the home site 3 1/2 years after the closing.   I contacted Williamsburg Group LLC
recently due to a problem with my neighbor?s soffit that was providing a home for birds. The strange location of the soffit meant the birds were creating a mess on my front steps and driveway.  We?re not sure what happened to the soffit, it looked like the siding came off the soffit.  The area was very small and most companies would not contemplate repairing the soffit due to the limited cost and hence low profit potential.  Williamsburg Group LLC had their siding contractor return and repair the soffit for my neighbor without any cost to my neighbor.  In addition, our roof lines and hence the soffits are 4 stories high and not conducive to a DIY repair without a safety risk.  I?m so happy that the birds won?t be able to nest in the soffit next spring and I want everyone to know about my great experience with Williamsburg Group LLC.

P.S. We've had some bad storms over the past 3 1/2 years and if the birds had not moved into the soffit, my neighbor would not have known about the problem.  The missing siding was not visible from any angle due it?s location and probably blew off during one of our many hurricanes in the past 3 years.  As a result, I would be wrong if I failed to mention and thank their Project Manager (Mr. Richard Cole) when the homes were built and during the recent repair.
