The reason I am writing this is that I have very mixed customer service results at this store. While I appreciate Walmart's pricing and selection, I think they need more managers on the floor to help train the floor staff.

Long wait - and I said I would come back. When I came back, another long wait in line only to find out they had a question about insurance and had not started to fill prescription. After question was answered, my prescription went to the bottom of a long list. (And they were moving VERY slowly - took 20 minutes to wait on one customer). Another long wait - with no attempt to "speed up" process because I had already waited a long time. When prescription was done -( no attempt to let me know), I had to wait in line again to find out if it was done or not. Overall - 3 1/2 HOURS!!!!

I fill prescriptions such as Blood pressure medicine and my dog's heart medicine. I have had a really disappointing experience. The service is slow. If you call in a refill, sometimes the automated system is not always accurate. They are under staffed. There is always a line of people. The employee's attitude is not always great.
