The men were very clean. They used shoe covers and drop clothes under all equipment. A few days later I got a report with all the findings that contained pictures. They took my utility bills for the year and extrapolated a pay back period based on an estimate of repairs needed. A week later the men and a crew showed up and air sealed the attic and basement sill plates and duct chases. They sealed up my duct work, fixed my humidifier (which two HVAC contractor could not) and insulated the attic to an R-60. I picked this company after extensive research and determined their background of being BPI (Building Performance Institute Certified, Maryland Home Performance with Energy Star, Engineers and Licensed HVAC Contractors in Md.)
