The Moyer Team is a full service real estate team which assists Buyers, Sellers, Tenants, and Landlords in their Real Estate Needs. Founded in 1997 The Moyer Team is currently run by Todd Moyer. Todd has been an agent since 2005 and has been with Re/Max 100 for 6 years of that time. Todd has expertise in New Homes Construction as well as buying, selling and renting homes, and also has a separate property management business, Peace of Mind Property Management to assist landlords who continue to need help after the tenant moves in.

We spent the better part of 3 months with Todd (Winter 2011-2012) looking for homes across the Fort Meade area.  We began our search in Columbia, MD but quickly moved to other areas that included N. Laurel, Laurel, Odenton, Bowie, and Crofton.  Todd grew up in Columbia and has a deep knowledge of the area.  He was very attentive and listened to what we wanted in a home.  When there were differences of opinions between my wife and I on what we wanted, Todd helped guide us to acceptable 'middle grounds'.  While we weren't able to buy our dream home for the money we were willing to spend, with Todd's help, we were able to find a great house in a great and upcoming area.  I highly recommend Todd and his family's business for all of your realty needs.
