After receiving a quote for the work to be done on my 2004 Chevy Silverado, which was at least $200.00 less than a competitors, I scheduled an appointment for the work. The techs started on time, completed the work in less time than quoted, and then took the time to setup my Bluetooth connection and go over the other functions of the stereo. Everything was handled very politely and professionally. They will get all my car stereo work in the future.

Had to wait for 6 weeks due to volume sold from special. Took about 2 hrs. Offered different choices of remotes. I just took basic because I did not want additional expense. Works fine. Greg was friendly.

Travis was the sales person and he really made me feel at ease and comfortable. He explained everything to me and demonstrated how it was done, what to do, and what not to do regarding the anti-theft system on my car. He informed me that if I had any problems to let him know and filled out the warranty. He stressed reading the fine print and was happy to answer any questions I had. I was very impressed with the experience.

They charged me an incredibly reasonable amount for what I had to have done. They're knowledgeable, friendly and always on time. I can go on and on with these guys as they know their work. They are good at their job. They do it quickly and informatively. They make it better.

They installed the unit quickly as I waited on the Saturday before Memorial day. The next day I found that either the radio was bad or the installation work was shoddy. I could not receive any AM stations and all the FM stations faded out badly. I believe they "forgot" to hook up the antenna. Took my car in the next Saturday... they couldn't get to it... I had to "make an appointment". Now I have to go back a 3RD time, due to their poor workmanship. Save your time and money, and AVOID THIS PLACE!! Over priced and poor work done.
