Description of Work: The Audio Connection installed a Sirius XM receiver in my 2002 Saab (apparently one of the more difficult cars to work on). They were ready to go at our agreed upon service time, did fast and very accurate work, and explained the entire process in terms which I could understand. I most heartily recommend them.

Description of Work: Installed a remote starter in one of our vehicles. Store personnel were very helpful with information and thoroughly explained it's use after installation. I am quite satisfied with their service and recommend them to anyone looking for this product.I don't remember the exact date but it was mid to late November, 2014 and The Audio Connection was running a promotion for the starter. It normally is much higher.

 + -1 moreAfter receiving a quote for the work to be done on my 2004 Chevy Silverado, which was at least $200.00 less than a competitors, I scheduled an appointment for the work. The techs started on time, completed the work in less time than quoted, and then took the time to setup my Bluetooth connection and go over the other functions of the stereo. Everything was handled very politely and professionally. They will get all my car stereo work in the future.
Description of Work: Replaced the factory radio with an aftermarket JVC model.

 + -1 moreTravis was the sales person and he really made me feel at ease and comfortable. He explained everything to me and demonstrated how it was done, what to do, and what not to do regarding the anti-theft system on my car. He informed me that if I had any problems to let him know and filled out the warranty. He stressed reading the fine print and was happy to answer any questions I had. I was very impressed with the experience.
Description of Work: They put in a remote starter. Living Social was running a deal for $109 for everything, installation included.

 + -1 moreVery satisifed with the quality of work they've done on all my cars, to include custom audio installations on a '96 Trans Am, 2001 Chrysler minivan, two BMW X3s, and a VW Passat.
Description of Work: I have been taking my cars to Audio Connection for a variety of car audio work for at least ten years. They have always done a great job on whatever they've installed for me, and they stand behind their work. They do just as well with plug-and-play components as with custom installations; they've done both for me in the past. I've also seen them do some pretty high-end work on other customers' cars, so I know their level of competency runs across the full spectrum. Greg, the manager, is knowledgeable and professional. Willy has been the technician on most of my more recent installs and repairs, and he is highly competent and helpful.

 + -1 moreThey installed the unit quickly as I waited on the Saturday before Memorial day. The next day I found that either the radio was bad or the installation work was shoddy. I could not receive any AM stations and all the FM stations faded out badly. I believe they "forgot" to hook up the antenna. Took my car in the next Saturday... they couldn't get to it... I had to "make an appointment". Now I have to go back a 3RD time, due to their poor workmanship. Save your time and money, and AVOID THIS PLACE!! Over priced and poor work done.
Description of Work: A simple installation of a radio/CD player to replace an old unit in my Jeep Cherokee. They recommended the Kenwood unit.
