Ants and bug disappeared within two days

The people that I dealt with were nice enough, the price of $49 seemed fantastic, but the spraying did nothing to deter the ants. The ants were back that same day. I contacted a different exterminator that we had used in the past, and he got the job done the next day- no more ants. In hindsight, I should've contacted Southern Pest Control to tell them their spray didn't work. Maybe they would have re-sprayed, maybe they wouldn't have. In the end, I felt like the price was too good to be true, I wanted to avoid a potential argument and another period of waiting for them to return.

They were prompt, quick, and knowledgeable. When we found a bug within the period for a call-back, they were quick to come back and retreat for no extra charge. That was the last of the bedbugs. The only reason for a lower grade on the price is that it seemed very $ for the amount of time they spent in my house. However, the company really knows what it is doing.

They gave us mouse glue traps which were ineffective for rats. We found the proper ones for rats at a hardware store that have pools of gel:glue in them. Although the exterminators were professional, punctual and polite, I was disappointed that they couldn't provide the correct equipment to solve our problem.

Thorough & Complete

It went well. Due to weather, it had to be scheduled 3 times (rained the first 2 scheduled times)

Was no ants for about a week, but now I have the same issue.

Monte, the service tech, was a total gentleman and a delight to have in our home. As Pam, the sales rep, had explained, we saw more ants for the first few days after the service, then noticeably less. I'm currently considering signing on for their yearly service contract.

He was on time and professional. He explained what he was going to do. I was told I should leave the house while he sprayed and stay away for at least 1 hour after he sprayed. I refused to leave while he sprayed but did leave after he finished. Also, last year when I used this company they put traps in the basement but not this time,. When I asked about it I was told with a one time treatment they did not do that and it should not have been done last year. That I was not happy with.
