SOFAS ETC

My wife and I were looking for a brand new sofa. I was referred to a company " Decorative Spaces " and the owner was Freda Rusnick she would help us getting started by visiting diff stores after coming to our house she referred us to at sofas etc. and she referred us to Barbara Clark the consultant. Barbara asked us many questions and spend time with us giving different types of sofas and individual gliding chairs for the living room. the experienced with Barbara was positive , understanding and very patient and professional. When we were ready to buy , Barbara asked us to bring our designer Freda to help coordinate the colors and lighting and space of the couch. It was pleasure to received our couch and we were very happy with our purchased

I don't usually write reviews but I am making an exception this time because my husband and I were so thoroughly pleased with the customer service we received recently when we purchased a leather reclining sofa and matching chair for our family room. The salespeople at the Columbia location were so helpful to me in making my final decision. They explained all of the different features of the different models and I am so happy with my final purchase. We looked around at all of the local furniture stores but none of them had the selection that Sofas Etc did. We will definitely return to Sofas Etc in the future!

Went to purchase 2 recliners. Barbara was super helpful, spending a lot of time with us. They met and bettered the competition's price and provided us excellent advice on quality, color, and style.
