Mattresses
They delivered a frozen mattress because they left it on the truck overnight so when they delivered it to the house they weren't able to carry it up the stairs. Installation was supposed to be included and they weren't going to be able to come back for 5 days so I had to move a mattress upstairs by myself.
In store service was great, but delivery was not good.
