Restoration 1 of Columbia - College Park

I was absolutely blown away by this company. The work they did was top-notch, they were honest, and they worked with me to make sure everything was within the budget for my insurance claim. Normally people try to cut corners to save costs, but not only did these guys not do that, I felt like they went out of their way to go above and beyond. For example they had finished painting a room during the day, and one of my kids accidentally scratched the paint that night. The next morning I saw the guys go back to the room just to touch up the scratch, even though they weren't responsible for it. These were people who really took pride in their work. I hope I never have to deal with a water mitigation company again, but if I do, I don't want to deal with anyone but Restoration One. They were honest, they did an amazing job, and they stayed within my budget.
