Rebuild was excellent to deal with. With the recent wind storm, all of the roofers I contacted were scheduled out. Rebuild kept me informed, set a date and time for the repairs and showed up on time. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and look great. Thanks Rebuild.

We had a new home built about five years ago. Our roof has leaked since the very beginning, usually only once or twice a year in certain kinds of storms. The ceiling in our bedroom has been falling apart for years, which is very discouraging especially when you live in a new house. Our original roofer could never figure out what was wrong, so we called Rebuild. They told us first that our roof should not have been installed in 10 degree weather! They then took the time to diagnose the problem and fixed our roof! It turned out it was installed not only in 10 degree weather but incorrectly, as well. They had to remove the shingles on the area and install a barrier under them - can't remember all the details. Since then, we have had torrential downpours and no problems. I am having our master bedroom ceiling repaired and repainting that room at long last. I highly recommend Rebuild! They are honest, ethical and they know what they're doing!! Whether you need a new roof or a repair, CALL THEM!

I called ReBuild at 9 AM on 6/23/2016. Jason answered ph, very knowledgeable, said he'd have Dave come by to evaluate the wet spot / roof by noon. Depending on problem, it may be taken care of on the spot, or temp fix til they could get back (due to tornado roof damage in area 20 min west of me, they had lot of appts) Jason called at 930ish to confirm that Dave would beable to stop by the house noonish. At 1230pm, Jason called to upate me, Dave was at next job and it was bigger then expected, would be closer tto 3:30 pm at my house. (I was in no hurry) Jason called at 415 pm, said Dave just left job, would be at my house in 30 min, and he was. Dave was professional, he took time to check bathrm ceiling, then went up in the attic crawl space to look for water, wet spots and found where water was leaking in from roof. He went on roof, found place on /near ridge vent had small crack where hvy rain entered. He worked on area, took pix of before/ after .. and showed me the pix before he left. I have no complaints, just appreciation. Thank you ReBuild, I will refer to my friends in future.

Rebuild was a fabulous company to work with.  I had hail damage and they handled coordination with my insurance company.  Scheduling was efficient.  The workers were pleasant and did a very good job.  I am happy with everything Rebuild did for me.  Follow up was also excellent.  I would use them in the future and recommend them highly.  A special thanks to Brian and Jason for working with me throughout the project.

3//4/2016 -   Called ReBuild Inc, spoke to Randy.  Explained a 3" wet spot appeared night before on 2nd flr bathroom ceiling, and next morning it had enlarged to 6".   Randy had couple ideas what problem could be.   Made appointment for 3/7/2016 at 230 pm.
The ReBuild ofc emailed me a Leak Assesment form to read, sign and send back in ref to pricing.
On Mon 3/7/16, ReBuild was promptly at my door, the repairman was Andrew.    Andrew explained what he was going to do once on my roof, would take photo of problem and show me before any work was done.   He went on the roof and saw the problem quickly, came down and showed me photos of roof ridge vent top had come unattached (nearly 3/4 of top), explained that the nails had come out (roof about 13 yrs old), and they hadnt been caulked when installed.   I ok'd to have ridge vent fixed.  Andrew was back on roof; when completed he showed me photo of what he did.   I was pleased w his work, and I feel the price was good.
Andrew was professional, prompt, informative and pleasant.

Our roof was damaged due to a hail storm.  Randy Spect from ReBuid, Inc.  came highly recommended, and I have since highly recommended him to others.  One of ReBuild?s services that impressed me was their expertise in working with insurance companies in handling damage claims.  They are a local company, have been in business for years, are professional, provide good service, and are very punctual.

 

Randy Spect quickly returned all calls.  He not only helped us with the roof installation process but also helped us through the insurance claim process.  He inspected our roof to assess the damage, then met with the insurance claims adjuster during their inspection of our roof to make sure all of the damages were included in the claim. He also coordinated with the insurance company in processing the claim. After receiving the necessary documents from the insurance company, we scheduled an appointment with Rebuild and they were out to install our roof within 2 weeks.

The roofing crew did a great job.  They were on time, polite, and hardworking. They did a great job of cleaning up, and hauled away all debris.  A supervisor was on site.  The job was completed in one day.

We are very happy with our roof, the way it looks, and our experience in working with Rebuild, Inc.  The entire process was smooth and stress free. We would highly recommend working with Randy Spect from ReBuild, Inc. 

(By the way,  the cost of $11,175 is the total cost of the roof.  We only had to pay our insurance deductible.)

A hail storm came through our area May 2014. I chose ReBuild, Inc after interviewing 4 other contractors. What a great decision! ReBuild was excellent to work with from beginning to end. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company.

My 18 year old house looks brand new again with a new roof, siding, lighting, window screens, etc. ReBuild employees arrived early as promised, worked hard all day and completed the work as promised and on schedule. I highly recommend ReBuild!

Rebuild was recommended by our insurance company, and from the first phone call we knew we were in good hands. They were very responsive, prompt with appointments, and made sure we knew all of the options available to us. I checked them out on Angie's List, and found a number of good reviews.  We were so comfortable with them that we didn't bother to get a quote from anyone else! The workmen generally arrived when expected, and a member of the Rebuild staff was present at all times to oversee their work. Not everything went perfectly as scheduled.  Once we expected the roofers to show up in the afternoon, but they did not make it until the next morning. At the end of the job, we noticed that gutter guards has not been installed as promised.  We pointed this out to Randy, and within a few days, it was taken care of.  Small issues, immediately rectified. Everything was cleaned up properly.  They even went around the yard near the house with a magnetic device, attempting to pick up any nails that may have fallen. The project was completed correctly, in short order.  They did what they said they would do.  My new roof and gutters look great.  I have recommended Rebuild to my neighbors.  I have no reservations in recommending Rebuild to anybody.  They did a great job.  If you need a roof, don't hesitate to call Rebuild.  They will treat you fairly.

Everyone was extremely professional that came to our home. They always communicated and kept both my wife and i informed at all times. They always kept their work area clean and neat. They did an excellent job.

Rebuild replaced our aging roof. We couldn't be any more happy with our experience. The estimator was responsive , punctual, and extremely knowledgable. We were pleased with their low pressure approach... Several other companies tried to pressure us with deals that were only good if we signed that day, where Rebuild e-mailed a thorough proposal and gave us time to decide. We checked them out with USAA and found out they are their preferred roofer... that sealed the deal for us. Their staff was friendly and communicative and we were encouraged at every step to let them know if there was anything we were concerned about. Replacing our roof was a huge decision and we are thrilled with the outcome. We would highly recommend.

Met with Randy (owner) and went over everything that was needed. He was very professional and showed what would be accomplished and a time-frame. Communicated well over the next few days and was told when the roofers would arrive. They arrived just after daylight and worked until it was complete (12 hrs.). The gutter replacement was equally efficient and went without any problems.

They renovate, remodel and restore. They were good, I had no problem. There was one thing that I saw was not right, I contacted them, they came out and fixed it. They had no problems with that. The people who worked with me here were very nice. Their price is comparable. They were very responsive.

We had contacted home insurance for repairs to roof which had taken damage from couple of bad storms. They recommended Rebuild so we ended up going with them. The insurance paid for only half of the roof but Rebuild gave a good quote for the rest of roof so we ended up replacing the entire roof.
Rebuild was very prompt initially and took care of all the paperwork but as there was a lot of storm damage work, we had to wait a couple of months to get on their work schedule. Except for the schedule delays, the work was excellent. Rebuild sent their project managers to review and check the work at every milestone.
They put in a new roof, put in new drywall in water damage areas and repainted 2 rooms. They were very professional and we appreciated the fact that we had to deal with only 2 people, one for the initial quote and second for the work itself.

Fate smiled upon me when our insurance company recommended Rebuild, Inc for an estimate. Everyone I dealt with at the company was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Their analysis of the problem was quick and the clearly explained the problem and how it would be repaired. They even took pictures to show me the issue (and more, afterwards, to see the repaired area)! A quote (equal to actual amount paid) was provided on the spot. I asked them to evaluate condition of my roof while they were here. Since neighbors in my community have started replacing their original roofs I certainly expecting them to be providing me with a quote for new roofing. Imagine my surprise when they told me that they saw nothing to be concerned about at this time and it appeared I had several years to go! How happy am I with their service? The best testimonial I can provide about Rebuild is that I had some internal water damage from the leak and I fully plan to have them come back to give me an estimate and do the repairs! What am I waiting for? THEY told me to give it a while to make sure the repair solved all my leaking issues (the leak was very sporadic and only during severe storms). Amazing. Their honest dealings have earned them my business for years to come.

Our roof was leaking, so called for an estimate. They came and showed us where the roof needed work and gave us some options of what we could do, depending on how much we wanted to spend. They also gave us their honest recommendation. We didn't feel any pressure and really felt they were looking out for our best interests. We chose to go ahead and replace everything because we have known this would need to happen since we moved in 8 years ago (the home inspector at that time told us that we would need to do that soon). They dropped off roof samples and even made color recommendations since we asked. They came and did the whole job (we have a very long and steep roof) in one day and even came back to make sure everything was cleaned up (including taking a magnetic thing around our driveway to make sure no nails were left). They really did a thorough job, using quality materials.

They were very professional, efficient, and sensitive to my concerns. They were also responsiveness. The result was highly effective and I was very pleased.

This is my second experience with Rebuild Inc. My previous experience (REPORT DATE: SEPTEMBER 10, 2010) did not end well. I am happy to say this 2nd experience is much better, so read on...

After several months of frustration concerning the state our skylights (old, worn out) , and the damage to the interior trim of our skylight sustained during the roof placement, and now the water stains from leaks, we realized we needed to replace the skylights and get to the bottom of the source of the leaks. I was very frustrated with my previous experience with Rebuild Inc. and had no intention of using them again ever at all costs, but that would change.

I contacted two other contractors to assess the source of leaks and to obtain an estimate to replace 4 Skylights. The first contractor informed me of issues with flashing. The second contractor gave me an estimate but advised me to address the leaks. At this point I reviewed my receipts from the work that Rebuild, Inc. had done for me in 2010 and saw that the work was still under a Five(5) Year warranty. I reached out to Rebuild, Inc. and was fortunate enough to speak directly with Sabrina Strickler .

I explained to Mrs. Strickler what had transpired in 2010 and my reluctance to contact Rebuild, Inc. for anything, period, but in order for me to move forward with replacing my skylights the roof would have to be fixed and it was obvious that there where problems. Mrs. Strickler assured me that Rebuild, Inc would stand behind their work and that she would send her husband Mack Strickler to review my roof. Mack Strickler came to home and surveyed first hand my roof, the chimney flashing, the water marks on the ceiling of our family room and an ajoining office and the trim of the existing skylights that had been damaged in 2010 during the roof replacement. He was able to immediately spot the errors in the flashing and to also see the damages I written about in 2010. Mack Strickler told me he would see to it that the problems would be corrected at no charge to me. . He returned to my home after a few days with his team in tow to show them what was wrong with the work they had performed previously, and to survey the leaks, and formulate a strategy to get things fixed correctly once and for all. I decided to ask Rebuild, Inc to provide me with an estimate to replace the Skylights given that my roof was still under warranty and now being repaired by Rebuild. I decided it would be better to have Rebuild Inc. replace the skylights and avail myself of a proposed solution to address what turned out to be siding leak.. Rebuild, Inc would be responsible for all of the work : warranty, repairs, repairing a siding leak, and the new skylights.Everything did not go smoothly with new skylights initially. There where some sizing issues related to changing product offerings from the manufacturer and a communication error with the skylight supplier. This resulted in the wrong product being delivered twice but, the third set of skylights where the charm. Rebuild installed them and made every effort to get them fitted properly and to ensure that we were satisfied with the fit and finish. Everyone kept their promises to make good on doing the job right and in the end we have 4 new and beautiful skylights (inside and out) that fit properly and do not leak. We also have a roof that does not leak around the chimney, and we have no more leaks from siding in the area that we had a problem with, thanks to Mack Strickler and Rebuild, Inc. It is now July 6, 2012 and our skylights and repairs have weathered wind, rain, and extremes of cold and heat. We are still very happy, and the work looks very good.

Very professional group, they replaced my roof and metal work damaged by hail. Randy had to reevaluate my roof and document findings to my insurance company after initial inspector could find nothing. He was very thourough and well respected by adjustors. I ordered some very specialized high end roofing and underlayment not normally a stock item. The initial shipment from the manufacturer was incorrect, and Randy was quick to get the correct material ordered. When the correct roofing arrived we found that 3 squares were a different color (once again, a manufacturer screw-up--CertianTeed Corp) Thank goodness for the high end underlayment and great roofing job, as we had 60-70 MPH winds and thunderstorms while waiting for the remaining squares. Randy's crew was at my house the same day they received the remaining roofing and completed the job. The type of work they performed enabled me to get a guarantee for 130 MPH winds. Basically, these guys show up at 8 AM completely stripped the roof, installed an additional attic fan (at no cost) and would have been completed in a day. Their clean-up was very good and included taking large magnets and sweeping around the entire house several times to ensure all nails were picked-up. Their metal work guys were in and out. They fabricated every piece to fit exactly, if any wood under the metal work showed signs of exposure, they replaced it and sealed using 30 year compounds. Highly Recommend, but they can get very busy and sometimes it takes a day or so to respond messages.
