He came out and did the work just fine. The locks did have a bit of gunk in them, and he told me how to prevent it in the future. I did have an issue with the back door being stuck, and it took them a few days to finally come back out and fix it. Overall, everything went well, but I did notice they seemed a bit busy. He had a walkie talkie that kept going off while he was working. I wish he would've been able to warn me about the older lock possibly sticking, and be able to make more than 2 keys. Now I have to go to Home Depot to make more.

I called yesterday and although they would have been happy to come ot, they advised that services after 5pm were a bit more expensive so I scheduled service for 4/27/2016. Tony arrived promptly and had re-keyed the locks within 30 minutes. I tested all six locks with each key and every key worked 100%.
I will definitely cll them. Had I been thinking I would have had my file-cabinet re-keyed or changed since I lost the key to it.

Darrell was very polite and communicated well to set up a time to perform work, arrived on time and completed the work in timely manner. Very friendly. I purchased the $165 for 4 locks deal and added $27 for an additional lock. He took all the old keys for recycling. I am very pleased with this transaction and would recommend Pop-A-Lock for re-keying needs. I would consider calling them for any other locksmith needs should they arise.

Initially, I was not contacted to set up an appointment time and date.. I contacted Pop-A-Lock in the morning I had expected service, to inquiry when their technician would arrive, and it appeared my order had been lost. However, Frank called within the hour and arranged to have a lock technician come to the house within two hours. The technician was on time and professional.
Things can always go wrong, but the mark of a good company is how they work to fix a problem. Pop-A-Lock gave excellent customer service and I recommend them to anyone in their service area.

My initial call to Pop-A-Lock, I believe, was to dispatch and Sara, the young lady I spoke with, wasn't aware of the deal. However, she was very professional and immediately took my information and assured me someone would be calling me regarding my order. Within an hour or so, I was called by Tony to set up an appointment which was for the next day. Tony was on time and very professional. It wasn't a particular easy install but he worked diligently and explained some things as he went along. All in all, I am very satisfied with the work.

I needed locks re-keyed for a rental property. The technician showed up at 5:00pm. He asked for proof of identification of ownership of the house. He recorded my driver's licenses, and began working on re-keying of my front and back door locks. The front and back door top locks had to be replaced at a cost of $60. Then, I decided to have the basement security storm door lock re-keyed. The extra cost was $20. So, the extra cost for the service was $80 plus the purchase of the $165 deal the total cost was $245. Finally, I was very pleased with the work of the technician and service provided, and I will be probably be purchasing another deal real soon.
