I returned the equipment for my wife. I can't speak for the sales side, only the return. I was given the silent treatment... Literally. The man checking everything back in wouldn't speak to me or look at me. I had to figure out on my eon to back up the ramp for unloading. Weird customer service. One of the tables was previously bent up that we returned but he didn't check anything and I no longer felt like mentioning it to him. Probably use them again because they are close and we don't use rental equipment often.

The person who answered the phone was very knowledgeable, and gave me several options and quick pricing for the tables and chairs I wanted to rent. We ended up having them delivered, which added substantially to the price, but we didn't think we had time to go get them ourselves. I ended up happy we did that, because it made everything so easy. They came when they said they would, and the product was as advertised.

THE COMPANY WAS FAST IN RESPONDING TO MY NEEDS. DESPITE THE FACT THAT MY REQUEST AND SEARCH FOR A SCREEN WAS AT THE LAST MINUTE, I WAS GIVEN THE ULTIMATE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE FLEXIBILITY OF RENTAL OPTIONS.

VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SET UP OF TENTS AND TABLES. HOWEVER THE DRINK MACHINE ONLY CAME WITH INCOMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS SO WE WERE NOT ABLE TO USE IT. AND WE WERE UNABLE TO CONTACT ANYONE FOR HELP SINCE THE PARTY WAS ON A SUNDAY.

THIS COMPANY WAS OKAY. THEY WERE FINE TO DEAL WITH AS FAR AS SETTING UP THE RENTAL AND THE DELIVERY. I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED IN THE DELIVERY PEOPLE. THEY PRETTY MUCH JUST PUT THE TABLES OFF OF THE TRUCK. WE HAD TO CARRY THEM OURSELVES TO THE LOCATION OF THE PARTY. PAYING A DELIVERY FEE, I EXPECTED THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED AND AT LEAST PUT INTO THE AREA OF THE PARTY. THE PRODUCT ITSELF COULD ALSO HAVE BEEN IN BETTER SHAPE. THE CHILL AND FILL TABLE WAS GREAT BUT THE OTHER TABLES WERE VERY SHAKY AND THE WOOD WAS QUITE SPLINTERED. BEING EIGHT FEET LONG THEY REALLY NEEDED TO BE STURDY.
