purchased a custom made pool table. was told 4-6 weeks at the most. after 6 weeks i had to call - turned out that the table couldn't be made the way we ordered, even though that design was approved.
the follow up was zero. no one cared that my pool table was: a - wrong and b - not there. and most importantly, they had no desire to reach out to the builder and get a timeline. they mentioned some other middle person as the culprit but that they'd "stay on top of it and provide updates." i called and asked for updates from 3 different people - none ever followed up. the response when i called was essentially, "we'll wait and call you when it gets here." they never offered to rebate me for the parts that were not able to be included.
eventually i got the name of the regional manager, who did get my money back, and got me a due date. but they still didn't get the installer to prioritize our delivery, as we discussed would happen with the original salesperson. so there went two more weeks.
the installer did a good job and was friendly and helpful but he's a subcontractor so this review does not pertain to him.
overall, the sales staff was unprofessional and disinterested. for some of the higher end products they sell, you'd think they'd be more interested in customers.

Offenbacher's had wonderfully helpful sales people. They came and did a complete delivery and set up and the delivery men were neat and friendly. They have the best customer service I have ever seen.
