 + -1 moreWe cannot say enough great things about our experience with Marty Welsh as our realtor. There were 6 other offers on our house (ours was not the highest). He was very aggressive in dealing with the seller's agent, and put personal touches on the process (hand-delivered the contract, got our lender on the phone for the agent when he dropped off the contract). We were first-time homebuyers, and he really educated us on the process and never got frustrated with our indecision. He even talked us out of buying a home that we realize now we wouldn't have been able to afford, and instead we ended up with a home we love, at the right price. He was not super hands-on in the selection of homes to look at. We did most of that legwork, but we wanted to be involved in that. With all the homes listed on the internet, we felt like we didn't waste our time looking at homes we weren't interested in. A truly professional agent, who was personable and responsible. A great experience.
Description of Work: Our agent, Marty Welsh, accompanied us on visits to see homes. He met with us in person several times to discuss what we wanted. He also got us subscriptions to websites to enhance our home search. Once we found the house we wanted, he submitted our contract and we got the house. He was present for the home inspection and closing.
