I really liked Marty when he came to my house, but he was very unresponsive after the initial estimate. I liked him enough to follow up, and he did respond after a while, but then went dark again after I actually offered him the job! Not reliable enough to respond to email, or hire.

See above. Adding one final point: I cannot offer any reason to contract this electrician at any time for anything. From this experience, I have found a truly exception electrician (thank you Mr. Franz), but that's the subject of a separate review.
