This has been a nightmare. It took us forever to get them to come in and do the work. After they did the work, 1 month later, several long cracks appeared in grout. We've called them over 15 times in the last 8 months to come fix them. They never do. They don't call back, they don't show up for appointments, they don't cancel them so you waste your afternoon waiting, and they never reschedule.

After our basement flooded, we had the previous floating laminate tile removed and needed to get new flooring. M&S had re-carpeted our previous home about 9 years ago so we went to their showroom on Snowden River Parkway. We explained our situation to Rosemary, the salesperson, and she recommended ceramic tile in case the basement ever flooded again. I was concerned that ceramic would be too expensive, but she showed us samples that fit within our budget. I do not enjoy looking through hundreds of tile samples, so Rosemary helped us quickly narrow down the tile choices to a few that were the right color and size. We took the samples home for a few days to decide, then when we chose the one we wanted, the tile was ordered and we scheduled the installation. The installation crew showed up on time as promised and did the entire floor in 2 and a half days. Amin, the leader of the group, was very professional. They worked quickly, did not leave a mess and finished the job within the promised time period. We were very pleased with the process of buying the tiles and getting them installed and also with the final result. We are planning to have them replace the carpeting on the main level of our house soon.

Good selection and show room people pleasant and knowledgeable. Installation poor, poor, poor.

THE SALES OF THE CARPET WAS GREAT. I LOVED THE SALESPERSON. SHE WAS AWESOME IN HELPING ME TO CHOOSE A TYPE OF CARPET. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT. THE GUYS WHO CAME OUT TO INSTALL WERE OKAY. THEY COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE PROFESSIONAL AT WHAT THEY WERE DOING, BUT THE INSTALLATION ITSELF SEEMS FINE.

M&S CARPET WAS NOT THE BEST CARPET BUYING EXPERIENCE. THEY FAILED TO DELIVER THE COMPLETE PRODUCT THAT I WAS UNDER THE ASSUMPTION I WAS GETTING. THE STAFF THAT INSTALLED THE CARPET WAS QUESTIONABLE.
