 + 2 moreLane Building Services was excellent from the start - very professional, prompt, communicated well, and advised me on getting the best materials for the best cost. In every step of the process they were courteous, respectful and kept to the schedule that was prepared. Each job was done thoroughly and with great care to accomplish what was needed. Mr. Lane was often on-site overseeing the work, and making sure that his crew was doing the job as expected. I would definitely recommend Lane Building Services and would use them again for any home projects in the future.
Description of Work: My home had lots of damage as a repercussion of a house behind mine exploding from a gas leak. Many repairs: windows replaced, granite tile in kitchen replaced, holes in walls fixed and repainted, sliding door replaced, sky-light glass replaced and sealed, garage door replaced, frame of front door repaired, nail pops fixed.

 + 3 moreI am a single woman and try to be careful about who I use . I enjoyed working with Mr. Lane. His crew came and went and I never had a problem. The time estimated would have been almost exact except for I didn't order a kitchen cabinet on time that caused a short delay. Wish I would have listened to Mr Lane. The project came in on budget. I would definately use Lane Building services again.
Description of Work: First Floor renevation. Lane Building services demolished and rebuilt from the floor up. They installed a wood floor and beautiful molding. Rebuilt the bathroom and kitchen. They replace the sliding glass door out to the deck. Mr. Lane suggested that walls be moved and a cabinet could be made to fit perfectly. It turned out fabulous.
