Title Companies
The closing was scheduled for 1 PM. The lender asked for an extension around noon. Lakeside indicated that the latest time they could close was 2 PM due to other commitments. The lender agreed and we proceeded to the closing office. Unfortunately, my lender missed multiple commitments on turning the loan documents around and authorizing payment. Lakeside altered personal schedules to meet other closing commitments and stayed until 5 PM to make my closing happen. This was above and beyond what anyone could ask a Title company.
I truly appreciate the efforts of Raina Rath, Jamie Bauguess, and Chris Baker (who was very entertaining during the long wait) for their superior effort!
