There was tension with the sellers, but Rebecca was very professional and that helped set the tone. She kept things moving quickly and kept everyone's focus on the facts of the paperwork. The office was very nice, offering drinks and candy. They were incredibly efficient and had the whole process down to a science. Everything went like clockwork and they made the whole process painless. I'd definitely recommend them.
