Working with this guy is always a "challenge." In this case the man who would bring the stump grinder failed to show up although he had allegedly been paid in advance (excuse was he had a flat tire while on the way,) then Steve couldn't contact him. Took two conversations to get promise that work will be done in a week. Steve begrudgingly said he will have to do it himself and pay for it "out of my own pocket." Frankly, that's tough. If you use his service ALWAYS get everything in writing including dates of performance. Negotiate hard on price; keep down payment to a minimum.
