Went great. Found perfect fabric with Debbie's help. Time from order to delivery of finished chairs was 2 weeks! Work was perfect.

The work and refinishing was excellent. They were prompt. It took about 4-5 weeks to get the sofa back.

They did a wonderful job. They refinished a dining room table top. They are very good at responding and very good at getting everything back to you. They did what they said they would do.

I have a couch and recliner of good quality with Italian Leather. The couch needed to be rebuilt with replacement of webbing and repair of a tear in the leather that resulted from poor support. Both pieces are about 12 years old, but the leather in otherwise very good condition.

I first took the couch in and they gave me an estimate of about $500 to rebuild it. they did a nice job in the time estimated and gave me an estimate of $330 on the recliner. I just took it back Christmas Eve and she actually said it would only be $280, instead of $330, although I had handed her the quote from before.

Obviously, I was satisfied with the couch or I would not have returned with the recliner. The recliner work is also fine. The price does not seem cheap, and I did not get other quotes but the price seemed reasonable.

They did what they said they would do for the price they quoted and in the schedule. I would use them again for refinishing or re-upholstering as I saw their workers and projects when I dropped off and picked up the items. It appears to me that they are careful and do good work.

The first time I used Josephs for a part of my sectional, I was pleased with the results but delivery was one week late. I was pleased with the results and called them to do the same work on the other end of the same sectional at that time I was told that it would be the same price for the same work previously done. They came to pickup the piece as scheduled and after it was loaded on their truck, they gave me a receipt that included an addition $95.00 charge for pickup and delivery. When I questioned the charge I was told to contact the store on the following Monday to rectify the problem. When I called, I was told that the previous work that was done had free pickup and delivery but that deal had expired. When I asked why I was not told, the only answer was that I should have known, even though I was told it would be the same price.
Since then, I have also noticed that the two end recliners no longer work properly, but I will have someone else do the repairs because Josephs CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.

The seat of my oak ladder-back chair had split, and needed to be glued. Josephs had been recommended by another furniture professional. The business was easy to find, and the people were friendly.
The only small complaint I have is the time it took for the repair. When I took the chair in, the woman said, and quot;They did tell you over the phone that this would take 4 - 6 weeks, didn't they?and quot; No, they hadn't, and I questioned whether that amount of time was really valid for, in my judgement, a small repair. After checking, the woman said it would take two weeks, which I happily agreed to. Unfortunately, the repair still took four weeks.
The chair does look great, and I will certainly keep them in mind when I need more work done. I was just a little disappointed with how long the repair took.

Overall-very pleased. Found them through Angie's List and am satisfied with both the work and the price.

Everything they have done has gone beautifully. I have used their services for years and will continue to do so.

I was re-upholstering our dining room chairs and needed some 4and quot; wide jute webbing. I could only find it online. However, unlike some other local businesses, Joseph's was willing to sell me 6 yards of the webbing. I really appreciated their willingness to help out a DIYer.

Should I have a further need for their services such as refinishing or larger re-upholstering projects, I would not hesitate to contact them.

They had done several things for me. Initially, I went there but then they came here for estimates on different work I had them do. They reupholstered several things; sofa, couch and antic wood furniture. I used them twice. I had them do something a year before that and then I had them back to do some other stuff. The other stuff was reupholstery. They did excellent work. They delivered when they said they were going to deliver. It was all good.

No problems.
