From the get-go Jeannette was attentive and made me feel at ease being a first time home buyer.  I was more than nervous approaching the home buying process especially being that I was from out of town and had no clue who to trust.  She quieted my nerves during the entire process all the way from getting approved for my loan to choosing the property.  I was so afraid that everything would be such a headache and instead she took it upon herself to ensure that I enjoyed the process and stayed excited at the prospect of purchasing my first home!  She was more than just an agent, and was a friend throughout the process and continues to stay in touch.  I am so thankful for her help and undivided attention and would happily refer her services in the future.
