Description of Work: We order oil by calling not subscribed to auto delivery. We used Husky several years ago but found another company that oil was a few cents cheaper. They were just ok. Then in January when we had a very cold snap coming per weather forecast I called this company on a Wednesday and asked for delivery. They said Friday but more likely Saturday. I paid for a full tank of oil, they charged my CC then and there. No worries, I thought. They never came Saturday. Promised maybe Sunday. Sunday they said maybe Tuesday. We need to keep the house warm because it is old and pipes can freeze. We called and got a hold of Husky, they delivered first thing Monday morning. Did not charge us till the oil was delivered. The other company reversed the charge about a week and a half later but I'm sticking with Husky for their responsiveness. Oh and I called Saturday 3/11 to get a Monday delivery and said that due to high volume need due to the big snow storm event it may be Tuesday, if roads were ok but more like Wednesday. (I appreciate the honesty). 8:00 this morning (Monday) the oil was delivered. So I'm a loyal customer and will definitely pay the 2-3 cents more per gallon for excellent customer service.

+ 0 moreThey have set the price at $270 a month. They took a lot of time with me on the phone to walk me through their policies, and helped set up a budget pulling price. We haven't been with them before, so they have to budget the oil usage and things. Their professionalism and promptness is what I would recommend them for.
