Two cleaners were sent to clean home. I ended up cleaning kitchen appliances and cabinets.

The quality of their work is okay. We are unhappy with one aspect. They do not clean our gas stove. They are afraid of it. We think they are doing better now, but they were interfering with the blinds and we had to replace one set of blinds because of what they did. Now, they are more careful. In one case, they are supposed to come at a certain time and they came earlier. Generally, I leave a check for them and I was not able to because they came before I could leave the check. In most times, it is okay, but if they do not come at the time that we expect them is a problem and contacting them is a problem. So, I have had to either send the check by mail or have someone come and pick it up. When there is a problem, they are able to resolve it. I am not there most of the time when they are cleaning, but I am there at the beginning and they seem to be doing the work properly. I am dependent on my renter to tell me if there is any problem. They seem to be fine.

It was fine. Our stuffs are still here so I guess it's a good sign.

They were reasonable. I had no complaints about them.

Things were running pretty tight on my schedule because I had 2 inspections to be performed on my home prior to the tenant moving in; so time was truly of the essence.
I needed to find a company that had very good ratings but wouldn't break the bank to perform a thorough cleaning of my house to pass a final inspection. 
I called and spoke to the owner Sue who appeared to be familiar with the process and inquired as to when it had to be done. Due to the clustered events that had led up to the time of the requested service, I informed her I needed it done ASAP. She scheduled me for the next day (1 day before the final inspection) and had the job done professionally and the inspection passed.
She was a real life saver and the work was flawless! Thanks!

They started off good and toward the last few times I had to conatact the owner about areas that have not been adequately clean.

I purchased the $99.00 special for 5 hours of cleaning. They were very professional, did an excellent job. Overall, I was pleased with their cleaning and thoroughness.

Overall the service was good. However, they did not always listen to our instructions, although the owner made things right after the fact.

I purchased a Big Deal in December and planned to use it early in 2015.  I found that I needed them sooner than I planned.  She responded on short notice and sent 3 cleaners for a total of 4 hours.  They did a nice job in a short period of time.  I will use them again.

It went fine. It was a bit hard for them to understand all directions, but ultimately went fine.

I am expecting more than that. 5 hours for 3 and half bathrooms, that's not what I expected.

We had 3 ladies come to our house and clean our upstairs and downstairs for our single family home in about 2 hours and they did a great job!
