Randy arrived on time. We discussed what was to be done and he started immediately. He finished in very good time and did a good job on all the projects.

Have filled in this form previously, but it keeps coming back, presumably because I left the cost of service blank as I do not remember what it was. He does excellent work and I highly recommend him.

He was punctual for all appointments (estimate, measuring, and installation), friendly, and quick in his work--he built the railing at his house, so it took him less than an hour to install it at our house. I understand it was not easy to figure out how to make it work with the dimensions of our house, and he drew on his engineering background to figure out the angles and measurements.

I like him very much. He is responsive and reasonable in his rates. He is very good in his work.

A single guy did the work. He went through the house and put a list together of all the things we could do and he priced everything out. There were things that I selected and things that I didn't select. I was very happy with the turnaround as far as how quickly he was able to get to it and the quality of the work. I was very happy with the work. He went over exactly what was going to happen and did the work. Then he went back to inspect the work and everything that had been selected to be done was done exactly as I had anticipated. He was very straightforward and very knowledgeable. The quality of the work was up to my standards, which is pretty high. I would highly recommend him. When he came for the estimate he came very well prepared. He had a booklet of jobs he had done with before and after pictures. I could see the quality of his work and they were very night and day different. Nobody else had done that before. His work was his resume and he was able to show it to me. I would absolutely use him again.

I had originally called Mr. Malm about a plumbing problem, but he admitted it was too complicated for him and recommended a particular plumber close by (I liked that he admitted he didn't know instead of mucking about). While he was there, I inquired about our downspout problem. He said he could fix it quickly and immediately got the materials and did the job, and at a very reasonable rate.

It went great! Was constantly in touch with work progress; made many good recommendations; very good to work with; listened to my concerns; always checked before performing work that was not anticipated.

Was willing to take a small job. Returned my calls and came when he said he would. The part I had for the baby gate was not the right size, so he went to the hardware store and picked up another part and a wooden door and parts for the gazebo. He finished the job on the same day. He was a very professional. No complaints at all.

Went well. I had no idea how to go about finding a water leak in this situation (was inside the wall, and very hard to locate). Randy didn't charge a come-out-and-see fee, and he only required a one-hour minimum, at least in my case, as I don't live in his area. Most other handymen I called charged a fee just to come out, charged higher hourly rates, and had a two hour minimum vice one hour. It was a messy job in a small kitchen, complicated by plumbers and recovery crew coming and going, but Randy got the job done.

Randy was pleasant to work with. He arrived on time and completed the project as promised. I would definitely use his services again.

Randy is very thorough in his work and does a fine job. He is eager to listen to what the customer wants and try to accommodate. He responds quickly to requests and the work is worth every penny.
