Josh Reed is the service manager. They are small operation and the garage work is only done on a Monday through Friday schedule. We think they do an excellent job and they are very honest. The quality of their work and their prices are top notch.

We have been going to Hickory Ridge Automotive to have the oil changed in our 2 cars for the past three years. They have also addressed other minor issues like foreign objects stuck in the tires, tire rotations and battery replacements. They are convenient, reliable and reasonable.

My son spent about $400.00. We were satisfied with the work they did. I had a tip from my barber that they were the only reliable automotive repair place in Columbia. So I made an appointment with them and at that time my son was having trouble with his axle. It seems like that they can not only do routine checks but that they are also good at doing stuff like replacing axles. We started going there when my previous auto mechanic went out of business. I have been very satisfied with them. I wouldn't say that it cost me that much, but I think their price was average. It was a fair price.

Went great, only had to call them one day in advance to arrange an appointment. They also allowed me to drop off and pick up my car after hours, since the gas station part is open later than the auto shop. Very convenient.
