Spent a small fortune to fix my lawn with zero results. My lawn now officially looks worse than before their so called experts treated it. Asked them to come back and fix it and they told me that it is not their problem if my lawn looks the way it does. Extremely annoying to have this kind of experience. They offered to send someone to “evaluate “ the area now to provide appropriate recommendations? Why was this not done as part of the initial evaluation and treatment when you were explicitly hired to help improve the health of the law? Sounds like you blindly seeded and aerated it the first time with the hope that it works without understanding the needs of the lawn. This is not expected from a company that claims to do “quality” work. Not sure who in their right minds would work with you to pay additional money to retreat my lawn when it is already looking worse than when you initially treated it and you give ABSOLUTELY NO guarantees to your own work as you have already stated to me over the phone and now in your response. Thanks but no thanks
