Work went as scheduled, very responsive, professional, cleaned up when finished. They did a great job.

We scheduled a Wednesday afternoon appointment and got word (after my husband left work and headed home to meet them) that they wouldn't be able to make the appointment. We rescheduled for the following Saturday and asked that they call ahead that morning before they came out (which didn't happen). When they came in, they made a terrible mess with the glass they took out (shattered glass landing on the patio, shards of glass everywhere, tracked glass through the house so we were constantly having to vacuum) and it took them forever to change out the glass (which BTW, was not cut correctly so they had to leave and go back to the shop). "Clean up" was a JOKE. The drop cloth that was filled with shards of glass was shaken out in our drive way and the neighbor's; I am still cleaning glass out of our backyard in the mulch (and we've got a small dog so I'm worried she's going to find what we didn't). Workmanship was sloppy, at best. Silicon seals were sloppy; windows weren't even cleaned afterward! They broke the valance to the top of both sets of blinds. Get the picture? Don't hire these guys. Period.
