FRESH LOOK PAINTING LTD

It was a sloppy job, paint dribbles everywhere, paint pooled on floor boards and some repair of cracks made it worse than before. Some of the crew spent time talking to family on his cell phone during the time here. I felt that I was being kind by not staying in the condo during that painting, but had to return do to a personal emergency. Good thing I did. Also had told them that they were welcomed to anything to drink in my Fridge, they definitely took advantage of that. Found out why price was so cheap with all the problems above and the fact that they did not paint any of the ceilings, though they did some repair to ceiling, they did not blend it out. Painted bathroom door, closed it before it dried and when I opened it all the paint pulled off of the door. I have a very small Laundry room and there was a same repair there, and all they did was paint down to the top of washer and dryer, it is so noticeable. I didn't realize that when I told them the whole condo, that it did not mean the ceilings, except where some cracks were fixed. I am done with them as they said they would come back and fix these things, that was almost a month ago and I am trying to sell my condo, tired of waiting.

When we stepped into our mostly empty house we were preparing for sale, the first thing we noticed after the paint job was the flood in the kitchen.  The painters has unplugged the refrigerator.  They had not plugged it back in.  Walking upstairs we saw our custom-made silk drapes in the bedrooms thrown into a heap in the middle of the bedroom floors.  The few remaining things in the rooms were tossed on top of the drapes. Then there was the mess.  There was paint everywhere.  Asking these people to clean up their mess was a bigger mistake than hiring them in the first place.  They had not yet done lasting damage.  This was about to change.  Their cleaning the paint on the wall-to-wall carpet in the dining room resulted in a dark, permanent stain ruining the carpet.  Do not hire Fresh Look Painting.

It's hard to complain about this company. They were very nice people to deal with. However, I have several complaints. They used inferior paint, the wrong type of finish (i.e. satin vs. flat vs. semi-gloss) and the crew, though friendly and polite were clearly not trained professionals. As I look at the job after the fact, I am very disappointed in many aspects of it.
This was the lowest of the bids I received for this job. I should have known better.

I was very pleased with this company. Kemper was able to schedule an appt. for an estimate very promptly. I was concerned about a somewhat short timeline, but his team could start a few days later and they finished in two days. Clean-up was very good as well. His team was professional and courteous. The house looks great!

They were flexible about time/date and punctual. The owner was great to work with, and the young man that did the painting was very pleasant, easy to have in the house, and cleaned up after himself. The quality of the work was very good. You will not do wrong with this company.

It was very great. The workers were professional and they did a very job.

My rental townhouse needed a freshen up on the interior and exterior paint. Kemper came in with a great price. His crew came in on the day as promised and did some of the work, but missed allot of what we had discussed. I contacted Kemper, he said there was some miscommunication between himself and his crew and he assured me that he would make it right. Two days later everything was as it should have been. It would have been nice to not have that additional bit of drama in the middle, but at the end of the day I got exactly what I expected for a great price. Thanks Kemper!

They did a great job for a fair price, even though they had to use more paint than they thought they needed. I paid extra for Benjamin Moore paint. Painters were funny and nice.

Excellent work and cleanup at a resonable price.

We were moving back into our townhome after it had been a rental unit for about three years. It needed a complete paint job as it had never been painted after the builder completed it six years ago. We got five quotes before we decided to go with Fresh Look. Kemper's quote was definitely the lowest price and he also had good recommendations from Angie's List, so we felt comfortable using him. Our timeline was very tight and we were lucky that our project fit into his schedule. During the initial meeting, Kemper explained the process thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and gave us a quote right on the spot. He had a team of three painters that worked extremely fast and were very accurate. He originally estimated the job would take two days, but his team finished in one 10 - 11 hour day. We were very pleased w/the quality of his work and also his price (especially compared with the other contractors). We definitely recommend him and would hire him again.

The whole job went very smoothly. Kemper and his crew were all very nice and professional. They finished the job in two days. My wife and I were thrilled with the results. We were also thrilled with the price. Another painting company quoted us a price that was almost 3 times what we were quoted by Kemper!

I was very satisfied with the work and will use this company again. I also gave the company name to several neighbors.

They were less expensive than other companies and they did a great job. They came when they said they were going to and when I went to see the work it was very professional. They had to use a a lot more paint than they thought but they didn't charge me more and stuck to the original estimate.
