Because I am a continuing customer, I usually get a discount.

They do a nice job. The carpet dried very quickly once they leave. Scheduling an appointment is really easy. They call me and let me know when I am due for a carpet cleaning. They are efficient.  The only negative was I felt their price was a little high this time.

Great job and fantastice customer service.  As in the past, the technicians were on time, courteous, professional and did a fantastic job.  I have no complaints.  I have used Fiber Clean several times over the past seven years and I have never been disappointed.  I have recommended them to family and friends.  I would not use any other company to clean my upholstery or carpets.

Carpet cleaning very good and compan very responsive.  They were however not able to completely elimnate stains nor has anyone else. Carpet has to be torn out and removed

They advertised $29.95 for whole house duct cleaning. They wanted to charge me extra to clean my return ducts. He did not do a good job on the work he did do. I had to re-tape insulation around around some of my ducts. The gentleman did not wear boot covers or have proper equipment for the job.

I’ve been using Fiber Clean twice a year for about 9 years. They are professional and always on time. They do a good job. I always ask for the same cleaner, and most of the time they are able to honor that. He knows our house and the issues with our pets. Afterwards, I always get a letter from the owner of the company asking if everything was all right. I will continue to use their services again in the future.

Very well. The gentleman was polite, pleasant, and professional. Had a little difficulty getting a call back when the rugs were ready, but otherwise all was good.

When they do couches its always a little bit more. The guy was great. They are very professional, they gave us a price upfront for what they are going to do and they are good about being close to what the estimate was, they don't usually go too much beyond their maybe less. I've been pleased with the couple times I've used them, they've been fine.

It was very efficient and as described in the literature. I spent just under $300 for that work.

Having used this company previously, more than once, I was contacted by them to see if I needed any services to be performed. As luck would have it, I did need some upholstery cleaning done. I was given an estimate over the phone as to what each piece would cost and it was pretty much on the mark. The work was scheduled, the technician arrived precisely as scheduled, he conducted a survey and provided us with an accurate estimae. As previous customer we received and addditional 20% off. The technician worked diligently and completed the job in a timely fashion.

I haven?t used them for a while. They cleaned 3 fiber stairways and 3 hallways attached to the stairways and one carpet in a room. They were very thorough and moved the furniture and when they put it back, they put them on rubber feet. I was pleased with them and I prefer the dry cleaning to the wet cleaning, which is what they do. The wet cleaning seems to take forever to dry out and tomorrow they are going to clean my dinning room rug and because it is dry cleaning does not ruin the flooring. They do a very good job on stains and have various techniques of removing stains.

I guess that they did a very good job on all of the work. They weren't as cheap as some of the other places. I mean, I think they did a good job, although I didn't think it was one hundred percent clean and if that was impossible I'm not sure. They did a lot of follow up with me to see if I wanted everything cleaned on a regular basis. Initially I was thinking of having them come back to do the upholstery. But I had wood floors put in so I decided not to have them come back for either.

Gave start time of 8-10 am. Showed up at about 8:45 to start. Only one person sent to do all 3 jobs. Cleaned non stop for 9 hours no breaks and no lunch. Every thing looks great. He even showed my wife the amount of stuff that came out of the ducts (really gross she said). Would use them again but maybe they will send some coupons to make price better.

It was a good experience. I called the company and left a message. They called me back the next day. They gave me an estimate and we set up an appointment. They called several times to confirm my appointment and also sent me a postcard with the scheduled day and time. The service man was suppose to come between noon and 4 pm. He showed up at exactly noon and went right to work. He was very nice and friendly. He measured the sofa and love seat and gave me the price to clean them both (which was cheaper than the estimate I got on the phone). He cleaned everything up and put everything back into place when he was finished.

On time and very knowledgeable. The company explained the process, worked efficiently and the items cleaned were immaculate. Reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I could not be happier. Rob was punctual, professional and did an excellent job. The company was in constant contact with me to tell me when he would be arriving, etc. Terrific!!

The company representatives were all very helpful. Kristen explained the entire procedure and services provided. Another representative followed up a couple of days later to confirm day and time of appointment. Wayne, the technician, was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He told me right away what stains would and would not come out. He worked diligently and thoroughly even though my couch was old and worn. For the next three months, they will come and touch up any new or old spots! They definitely want the customer satisfied. Finally about a week and a half after the service, Steve from accounting called and said they had overcharged me and were issuing me a $41 refund. You can't beat that! You can probably pay less at another company, but I'm not sure you would get the service, the quality and the warranties.

Eric was the head of the team and was very professional, polite, educational and thorough in managing the job. He called in an additional helper when the job was taking more time, and this enabled them to get the jobs done in one day. (We had our ducts cleaned plus the carpets and upholstery). The price may seem high, but we have a lot of carpet and the cost breaks down to 36 cents a square foot. I feel like we got good value for the price. It would have been less if we did not have them move the furniture, since that part is deducted from the cost. ''You get what you pay for'' and I feel we got our money's worth!

Eric was the team leader and was very polite, professional, informative and thorough in managing the job. We also had our carpet and upholstery done the same day. I would not recommend doing two big jobs the same time, since they were here 12 hours, but they did do a great job.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE, THEY CAME AND CLEANED, BUT ENDED UP CREATING A STAIN. THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME BACK TO CLEAN IT AND IF THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO GET THE STAIN OUT THAT THEY WOULD PAY TO REPLACE THE CARPET WITH NEW. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT FOLLOW UP. I THINK THAT THEY DID A VERY CAREFUL JOB OF PROTECTING MY PROPERTY.
