Got an estimate from Expert on the phone. (Estimate was competitive with other estimates so I hired Expert to clean our carpets which must be done on an annual basis in keeping with our insurance contact on them (I tell you this so you understand that they were really in very good shape to start with. He showed up on a very timely basis on the date and time we agreedon. He tried to "upswell" me on several services like "sanitizer and disinfectant" which I declined. He cleaned our carpets.; and they don't look like they've been cleaned. (I'm not looking for any miracles here,but think they should look at least a little lighter and brighter, and they wereSOAKING wet. We bought upgraded padding when we were very concerned that the saturation may affect the padding. It took several days to dry out. I called the owner to discuss my disappointment, and we agreed to a fee for a credit/adjustment which as of 4 weeks later has still not been granted in spite of numerous ( probably 6-12)reminder calls to the owner. Very unhappy with the overall quality of EXPERTand DO NOT recommend . Look elsewhere for your carpet cleaning needs (I wish I had!)

"Per our website If a customer is not satisfied I come out and do another cleaning free of charge in any or all areas before offering a full or partial refund, mrs. Ring refused to let me even inspect the area(s) that were still troubled and threatened 3 times that if I did not refund $225 immediately that she would leave a bad review on Angie's list. I use truck mounted equipment and it takes 2-6 hours to dry tops. I also have an A+ rating with the BBB"
