insurance companies
 + -1 moreTheir service stinks. They are unreliable, slow to act upon claims, will not preform changes as asked, and will argue over services. See above for examples.
Description of Work: I have not very good experiences with Encompass Insurance. When I had a kitchen fire, I called Encompass and it was three days before an adjustor called let alone showed up. They wanted to replace my solid oak kitchen cabinets with cheap partical board. They had Servpro come to clean. They also took my oriental carpet to be cleaned, and had it for six months. They would probably still have it if I had called asked where it was. They never did clean it. They were as bad as Encompass. When I complained about the service, I got no response. Their agent does not listen to what you tell them. When I said I wanted to increase my deductable effective immediately they did nothing. When I got my bill and saw that my deductable was still the same as when I talked to them, they said they were waiting for permission from me. Mind you I was sitting across the desk from my agent when said increase it immediately. They are slow in processing claims and completely unhelpful. I would not recommend them to anyone!

 + -1 moreGREAT SALES AND GOOD WORKERS. COMPANY WAS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT MY HOME. NEAT WORK AND THEY DID NOT MAKE A MESS IN MY HOME. BEST IN TOWN AND WOULD LOVE TO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
