 + -1 moreI HAVE NEVER MET A PERSON AS HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT COMPUTERS AS MICHAEL. HE IS A WALKING ENCYCLOPEDIA OF COMPUTER INFORMATION. WITHIN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME HE HAD DIAGNOSED MY PROBLEM AND OFFERED A SOLUTION TO FIX IT. NOT ONLY DID HE FIX THAT PROBLEM BUT HE ALSO CLEANED UP SOME OTHER ISSUES ON MY COMPUTER AND THEN OFFERED HELPFUL HINTS ON HOW TO PREVENT THE PROBLEM FROM HAPPENING AGAIN.
Description of Work: MY HOME COMPUTER WAS INFECTED WITH A VIRUS AND PREVENTED ME FROM USING MY MACHINE.
