Took watch to Edward Arthur Jewellers store in Columbia Mall. I asked for the watch to be sent to the manufacturer of my watch for cleaning and repair since Edward Arthur Jewellers is an authorized dealer of the manufacturer. Edward Arthur Jewellers did not do as requested and performed the cleaning and repair using another watch repair facility. Watch was returned to me with readily apparent gouges in the dial rim under the crystal. After I pointed out the damage, Edward Arthur Jewellers acknowledged that they had damaged my watch and took the watch back to fix the damage at no charge. The watch was returned to me a second time with the damage only partially corrected. After several conversations with Edward Arthur Jewellers and their request for me to let them try a second time to fix the damage, I decided that I could not rely on them to do the work properly and declined. In sum, the experience was very unsatisfactory. I took an undamaged never-opened-before watch to Edward Arthur Jewellers for cleaning and repair and received back a damaged watch as a result.

I used them because of their reputation. I my opinion I received a fair price for the gold that I sold. I believe they give value for your money. I have purchased some jewelery from them and I think they are reasonable.
