They ship it to the store and it takes a long time to get there.
There is no third man, you order it directly from the manufacturer.

I bought my washer and dryer, my mattress, all the lighting. Very high end.
The woman I deal with is Casey.
It's a lot of money and it's very high end. We just bought a carpet cleaner and I went through them.
The only thing is they ship it to the Direct Buy store and I have to go pick it up. The delivery takes forever, it gets on my nerves.
The people that work there are really nice.

It was dreadful. We choose the granite and their estimate was incorrect. And in the meantime, they sold the granite to someone else. They directed us to another direct buy. They made the templates, which I was there for. I was not there for the installation. There was a seam right in front of the sink, which did not match and was not smooth. When I called, they were very nice, but they would not do anything about it. They said this type of granite was hard to work with. They said part of the problem was the sun reflecting off the appliances and making it look worse. I called Direct Buy and they had no way of resolving the issue. They said they have never had a complaint and that everyone was out of the office and wouldn't be back for a few days. I offered to write up the complaint, they said not to do that. Then they contacted me several weeks later and asked if I was still unhappy. I said yes but we are living with it. The people that installed the granite did send someone to remove the grout and replace it with another color. It's better but still not where it should be. We have had other countertops through Direct Buy with no difficulty. This experience was not that great.

The cabinets were top-notch, but the kitchen designer was awful. He made mistakes and claimed no responsibility. He did not follow our architect's plans which resulted in extended construction time and inaccurately-sized cabinets.

I scheduled the appt to hear the speech on their membership for my husband and I. My husband decided not to go, I could make the decision whether or not to join. They wouldn't let me in without him!! Because I had scheduled the appt as Mr. and Mrs. I couldn't "take the tour". They literally wouldn't let me past the front desk. I guess I'll spend my money elsewhere.
