Getting in touch with the company was pretty easy at first. As soon as I signed a contract (which required that I pay up front for 4 lawn services), I had a lot of trouble getting in touch with Dierdre Peters, the Account Manager. I was told my credit card wouldn't be charged until the first day of service. However, my credit card account was charged two days before the first day of service. The first time I tried to get in touch with them after I'd signed the contract, I left 2 phone messages and one email message before I received a call back, which was less than friendly. The technicians who actually did the service were quick and fairly good. However, I had to email after the first service to insist that they mow the lawn, as opposed to just weedwacking, as per our contract. I had to email again when I saw that the weedwacking in the backyard was uneven and they were still not using the lawn mower. That was yesterday and I have yet to hear back.

THEY ARRIVED A LITTLE LATE, BUT IT WASN'T TOO BIG OF A DEAL. THEY WERE VERY QUICK AND DEDICATED, AND THEY DID THEIR WORK VERY PROMPTLY. THEY PROVIDED SATISFACTORY WORK.
