Potential Customers Please Beware of these Dishonest People - This company works with American Homeshield (AHS) to scam their customers to create fraudulent adjustments. This man literally lied to me and spent most of his time at my house sitting in his car on the phone can provide (Ring camera video) as evidence. What drywall contractor would leave your ceiling with a hole and incomplete work. This company! On 6/12/2024 I submitted service request for a plumber through American Homeshield customer service. On 6/13/2024 a plumber came to stop the leak that I reported and the plumber knocked 4 holds into my ceiling. The first is where the water was dripping from but the pipe was not visible. Then he proceeded with knocking 3 additional holes until he found the pipe and stopped the leak and left one part of the ceiling hanging. The plumber told me that he had to order a piece and will be back once it was approve it took a week for 2 different plumbers from the same company to show up to permanently repair the pipe in the ceiling. During their visit the 2 plumbers also removed the hanging part of the ceiling because they thought that someone could get hurt and placed it in my utility closet. I was told that they will submit the photos to AHS and I should contact them to get someone there to repair the holes in the ceiling. On 6/27, I contacted AHS and they submitted a ticket for a contractor to come and do the drywall and repair my ceiling however I found out on 6/28 that the plumbers gave the wrong measurements of the holes that they created from the drywall Contractor and was told by AHS that the Drywall contractor told them that I had additional damages in my ceiling not caused by the leak so this was why AHS did not approved to fix all the holes that was created by the plumbers. AHS states that these plumbers are not accounting for the measurements and the the drywall contractor told them that I had additional damages. Now I will have to move forward and deal with them all legally. And this unprofessional Contractor (Steve) is a liar and con-artist so please use caution when using this company. So now I am stuck with a giant hole in my ceiling from a leak that should have been covered for repair by AHS. They breached their contract and refused to cover the damages based on the drywall contractor at this company's lies. I also realized after doing my research that this is a practice of AHS and their contractors please be careful.

Steve is a drywall contractor and performs his job well. His price for the job was fair and we appreciate that the work was performed to high standards.
