Working with Jim was easy. He is responsive, respectful, and professional in all his dealings. As I mentioned above, he spent lots of time trying to secure the necessary condo docs that seemed hard to get from the seller's agent/condo association. Part of the issue was because of the condo set-up (a master condo management company and a building condo management). But he ferreted out the issues and successfully pursued and secured the information so that I could settle on time. So, in summary, as I stated above, were I to move again (which I hope not to do anytime soon!), I would definitiely use Jim again. Also, as I've learned a little more about my expectations and requirements in the home-buying arena, I would likely secure my own home inspector who would meet my particular needs.

She was very helpful in working with us cross-country. Phone calls and emails were all returned promptly. My husband and I had had a four day trip to the area to look for a new house, and she set up numerous viewings for us each day. With her help, we were able to sort of get a lay of the land and get over the sticker shock we felt moving from Minnesota. She was also very patient with our two year-old that we had to bring to every viewing and meeting.

Concetta Corrierre and Jim Jeppi were our buyers' agent when we bought our house 8 years ago, and based on our outstanding experience with them at that time, we contracted with them for the sale of our home. They are very professional, fully explaining the details of our contract with them. the offer to purchase, and all of the closing documents. Our sale was contingent upon the closing of the sale of our buyer's home, and they monitored that process very closely for us, keeping us informed of every and quot;hiccupand quot; encountered. (and quot;Hiccupsand quot; were not the fault of our buyer!) Without the help of Concetta and Jim, we believe that our sale would have been far more difficult, and may not have happened at all.
