Owner does the work himself. He is honest, explains everything fully, and does thorough and competent work. He also gives advice--sometimes for free--he's never looking for the quick buck. Prices are quite reasonable. The B for professionalism is because he moved forward with everything my computer needed without calling me and giving me a price quote, which was odd. Nonetheless, I recommend him to anyone who lives or works in the area.

the gentleman who owns the shop greeted me and listened while I explained the problem..he tried a few things before replacing the power cord..ht was very pleasant and seemed pleased that I chose his store.

We took the computer to them because the computer kept blacking out on my screen. They installed new a program software. They were very quick about getting the job done. They stand behind their work and when it started acting-up again, they fixed it without charge.
