 + -1 moreI am a real estate investor and I asked the president of Colony Title, Tee Tillman, to meet with me about how we could work together. He was glad to arrange a time/date and the subsequent meeting he offered valuable insights into my acquisition strategy and I did not feel rushed at all. That meeting has resulted in Colony Title becoming "Of Counsel" with my Attorney. Mr Tillman also published an article in his newsletter about the strategy for buying homes that I discussed with him. Tee Tillman invited me to one of the Colony Title social events and there I met another investor with whom I structured a real estate deal. Tee Tillman and Colony Title are well connected in the real estate community and are doing the kinds of things needed to bring in good clients.
