Description of Work: The outlet for my Dryer somehow burned up and the whole outlet needed to be replaced. The company sent a gentleman out who was very knowledgeable and did a great job showing me exactly what he was replacing. Will do business with them again.

This is a fairly common situation and give us an opportunity to address the issue. We receive a lot of messages from AL subscribers thru the AL portal. When a message is sent, it triggers an email to the recipient of the message. We like email (or the portal) since it provides a written record of the communication between our staff and the subscriber. It also eliminates "telephone tag" since it can be difficult to connect with people who have busy schedules. The problem surfaces when a subscriber contacts us via the portal (or email) but is not a regular email user. If they don't check their email for days (or weeks) at a time, it will delay them getting the information that they want. We monitor AL and email at least 14 hours per day and typically respond within an hour or two (frequently within minutes). Subscribers that do not use email regularly should call us on the phone. We have staff that answer our phones 24/7/365. Here is the exchange between this subscriber and us: Subscriber - 12/20/14 - electrical lamps on the house inside and out stop functioning CET - 12/20/14 - Please forward your email, phone numbers and address and we can schedule an appointment. Thanks Subscriber - 12/23/14 - contact no longer needed! CET - 12/23/14 - OK! Both times we responded within minutes of receiving the message. We understand if the subscriber change's his mind. What we don't understand is leaving negative feedback based on the subscriber never responding to our request for contact information.

Description of Work: I bought a deal where the company came out and evaluated the electric power and wiring. The electrician (Phil) was knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions and giving me information I didn't know to ask about.I need to call the company to make an appointment to fix two lights since the package was only for evaluating the wiring.

Description of Work: Needed a new circuit breaker box. Came first to give me an estimate and since the new box was of a different shape and larger, I needed to get the space enlarged. When that was done, I arranged for them to come (it was within week)and everything went to accordingly - it cost me no less or more than I was quoted. :D

Thanks for the great review Performing a Service Upgrade (also known as a Heavy Up) is one of our signature projects. We handle every detail from the initial assessment to coordination with the County and Power Company and of course the installation. Due to a number of factors (including a special arrangement with the manufacturer of the panel & circuit breakers) we are the only firm in the region that offers a lifetime "bumper-to-bumper" warranty on the entire installation. Our 35+ years in business means that we will always be available to support any issue that my occur (which is extremely unlikely). AL subscribers also get a Whole House Lightning Arrestor at no additional cost ! An upgrade significantly improves the safety of a home and a project that adds to it's value
