Thanks for another great review! This is one of our signature projects - a 200 Amp Service Upgrade. We provide a turn-key solution by performing all of the work, coordinating with the utility firm, obtaining the permits and scheduling the inspection. We provide a "bumper-to-bumper" lifetime replacement warranty and our AL clients receive a Whole House Lightning Arrestor at no additional charge.

Thank you for the valuable feedback. It is very helpful We performed an AL 10 Point Safety Inspection on 6/19/15 for the subscriber. The cost was $89. We found that he did not have GFI receptacles as required in his 2 bathrooms, but he did not want us to replace the standard receptacles for the AL discounted cost of $45 each. So the net result was that he spent $89 to be informed of a safety hazard but did not want to spend $90 to correct it. Hard to understand the logic. This was the 3rd project we did for the subscriber. All were AL promotions.

Thanks for the great review. The new GFI receptacles with Alarms are perfect for "critical" loads like refrigerators, freezers, waste & sump pumps. If the GFI trips, it sounds an audible alarm alerting the homeowner that something is wrong and to avert a disaster.

Description of Work: Certified fixed two things--installed one ground fault receptacle and replaced a circuit breaker. It was not clear if two ground fault receptacles would be needed, so I purchased two Angie's List coupons for a total of $90. When I called, the Angie's List representative told me that I would get a refund of $45 if I only needed to use one of the coupons. I had investigated a few other Angie's List coupons for other work and those companies were reluctant to honor the coupon price. This was not the case with Certified Electric. This company gave me an accurate estimate of the cost of the work when I called to schedule the work and suggested that I buy two coupons on the chance that two ground fault receptacles would be needed on this job. Both Certified Electric and the Angie's List rep assured me that the unused coupon was fully refundable. I was completely pleased with the work that was done.
