Description of Work: When the electrician arrived, I had a decision to make - Do I replace the entire light fixture or do I replace the ballast on the existing one? I had a new light fixture on hand, and he had the new ballast on his truck. He suggested replacing the ballast because it took less time to install. I took his suggestion. He fixed the light quickly, and I saved money. When he left, I returned the light fixture to the store. CET made less money on the service, but they earned my business again. ( Note: I have used CET in the past, and I have always been satisfied with the quality and price of their service).

Replaced 2 outside coach lights.Replaced 3 hardwired smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. Installed a new receptacle. Easy to schedule. Interesting review. All "F"s but would hire again. Cannot confirm if this was a project we have done. We can confirm we have never been to this address nor performed work for someone with this name on the reported date, but we did perform an AL 10 Point Electrical Safety Check for someone with a similar name on 1/4/16. We follow-up with EVERY client and if any issues are reported, they are resolved immediately. Our log indicated no issue reported on the project with the similar name. Could be a positive review for us, but a negative review for the AL promo. Will report to AL as a possible erroneous review.

When I called, a receptionist took my information and said someone would return my call. Gary, the scheduler, returned my call promptly, offered me an estimate over the phone, and scheduled the work for the following week. The electrician, Alan, called 30 minutes before his arrival. I found him to be very personable and professional. Even though he ran into a few problems -- a double ceiling that required extra sawing and an unexpected joist -- he handled each situation with ingenuity. After a very long day (he finished close to 7 p.m.) he vacuumed the entire living room and dining room. We have to patch the ceiling where he moved the chandelier, but I'm very pleased with the work.
