Electrician (Eric) did every job on my/our list efficiently, proficiently, and professionally. What more can you ask?

Chuck did an excellent job in determining what work needed to be done and fixing the problems. The outdoor light fixtures required particular sleuthing, as the trouble was ultimately rooted in an outdoor light post that had been disconnected and removed improperly. The work took several hours, and I found Chuck to be very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. For the amount of effort involved, I thought the fee charged was very fair. In fact, when the work was completed, I sent my wife an email telling her that I had just experienced that rare occasion in which I'd hired a professional to do work on our home, and was 100% satisfied with every aspect of the experience. I would definitely use CET again, and in particular I would request Chuck again.

Pretty good! They had to cancel the first visit since they rely on usually one electrician to service the Angie's List deals, and his child was sick. They cancelled after I had waited at home for about 3 hours for their arrival. But, when they showed up a week later, it took him the entire two hours to install the wires. Apparently, getting the wire into the basement was a challenge. If I didn't help him - he was going to leave without finishing the job since the two hours were about to pass. I went into the basement and helped him fish the wire down to me. Overall, nice job. Left a mess, but I think that was part of the 2 hour deal - that I would clean it up.

While preparing to disconnect the outlet, the electrician identified a very unsafe situation where all of the GFCI circuits in the kitchen were mis-wired. He was able to quickly sort it out and re-wire them. He did it all very efficiently, explaining what he was doing along the way. He also looked at a couple of future projects we are considering, and gave us some good things to think about. I would definitely use them again.

Technician arrived as scheduled and after a short description of what I needed done, he immediately started installing the new lights. Was very professional, did not waste time and did excellent work. I had to run out to hardware store to get a replacement fixture and when returned I found technician finishing up the work.

Things went better than expected. The technician worked quickly and addressed all of my initial problems with an hour to spare, so he was able to look at some other issues I had as well.

I am not an electrician myself nor am I an expert in building code, therefore I don't believe that I can honestly comment on the quality of the work performed. The work appears to be clean and I have not had any issues with power to the affected areas. Prior to arrival, the technician was held up at another job and did not arrive to the appointment until after the allotted window. During that time the technician provided updates via telephone on the status of his arrival. He was very courteous and honored the appointment even at the end of the day. The scheduling office failed to mention that the appointment time was a window and not an actual scheduled time, I could have stayed at work longer and not have to make up time. The customer service throughout all of these hiccups, and they were just hiccups, was outstanding. I couldn't have asked for better service. I think they were just having a bad day. Pros: Good service. Knowledgeable and courteous technician. Power works. Reasonable price. Honored appointment and didn't have to reschedule due to being held up at another job site. Cons: Knowing that the scheduled time was a window and not an arrival time would have been a plus.

Bought the "Big Deal" online and was pleasantly surprised that the company contacted me to set up an appointment time. They were able to schedule me on the day I requested, showed up on time, did the work competently and efficiently and at no additional charge. I recommend them!

At first I experience some problems making the initial contact. I sent an email to the company explaining my needs. four GFCI dead outlets and installation replacement of single junction box with a double junction box installation and connection of existing volume control for home audio system. The service rep advised me that they did no service audio system and you could not put a volume control in the same junction box as the electrical outlet. I had Magnolia from best buy come out to take care of the volume control issue. I call back on a friday left a message with the receptionist explaining my previous call and try to schedule another appointment. She told me that some one would contact me. I did not receive a call back. I call that tues and spoke with a gentlemen , explained my problems and he scheduled an electric to come out the next day. The electrician was on time, very professional and only needed to replace GFCI in the kitchen and to the whirpool bath.. I do not remember the electrician name , but hi s truck number was 1113. Overall I would rate my experience an A+. Once We got pass the initial scheduling the service was excellent and I would use CET again , recommend this friends and fellow Legionnaires.

The technician arrived on time and went straight to his work. He was very quick which allowed him to tackle a long standing issue of several dead outlets in my basement. It was great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys again.

Dave arrived promptly on time, and went over the whole job with me, giving me some helpful, professional advice. He then went to work and completed everything sooner than I had anticipated. The most difficult was the recessed lights - where to put them without hitting a duct or beam. Also, getting the new line through the wall took some time. He completed everything successfully and I was very pleased. I also appreciated all the helpful advice. I highly recommended this company, and I would certainly call them again in the future.

They have been nothing but professional. They called me twice to make sure that everything was okay. They did a great job and I was very satisfied.

Do: - Have a clear list of what you need completed prior to the electrician's arrival. - Have any unusual (non-standard) parts available upon the worker's arrival. Don't: - Expect an overall handyman when a specialist shows up. If you need work completed outside of the expertise of who you hired, be prepared to bring someone else in as soon as possible, if not the same time, to complete additional work.

Certified very good customer service from start to finish. After I called and made the appointment, I received an email and a mailed reminder of my appointment. The morning of the appointment, the tech called me at the beginning of my appointment window and arrived right after that. He was conscious of my 2 hour time limit and helped me decide what to do to make the most of that time. Then, after the appointment, I received a thank you note and a follow-up call from Certified to make sure I had a good experience. They clearly take extra steps to make customer service a priority!

Excellant. Arrived on time as agreed. Installed the new ceiling fan and then investigated loose wiring in the fireplace.

The electrician came and replaced the outlets and they now work perfectly. He was professional and on-time. He also worked quickly and efficiently.

CET did a great job! They arrived on time and started working immediately. Our new ceiling fan is up and SOLID! And the new electrical switches and outlets all work fine. We'd definitely call them again!

Excellent! Only problem was that I had to wait for 6 weeks to get on their calendar. It was worth the wait since I only spent half as much as other estimates.
