They were fantastic people. If I could give them an A++, I would give it to them. They're in all areas of Maryland and they respond quickly. They're very professional and they do a great job. They're very clean. I couldn't say more better things about them. They were a respective electrical company and I was having major electrical work done. I was going to upgrade to a higher level box and they explained why I didn't need to pay extra for that house, that I was putting more in it than it needed. They definitely were not trying to advantage by selling me a more expensive product. The personnel were great and did a wonderful job. I will absolutely use them again.

The technician was very professional. Turns out we could have corrected the problem ourselves. We felt very stupid but the tech treated us with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. We have used CET for a number of things and will continue to use them for our electrical needs.

It was very easy to make an appointment for the service. The service date/time were confirmed via email. The technician arrived on time, brought his own tools & ladder which was needed. He carried the unopened boxed fan upstairs to the location where the installation was occur. He efficiently removed the existing ceiling fan. On opening the new fan to be installed, he asked several questions about how I would like the new fan installed (for example, which side of the blade did I want exposed, (the oak or the white) and answered to my satisfaction the variety of questions I had about the installation. He was professional, courteous, and left the area as clean as he found it. Before leaving, he demonstrated how to operate the fan from the wall-mounted knobs and from the two pulls located at the fan. I was glad that he took the time to do this, since the new fan operated differently than the fan it replaced. All in all, I was exceptionally pleased with all aspects of this purchase, this provider, and this technician.

I had to send the technician away halfway through the job because he just wasn't doing the job. I called the office, and talked to the supervisor, and they wanted to send someone else out, the person who came out to do the big deal work. They scheduled it, then they canceled it, and so I just went with someone else. He was an older guy, it was not like he was brand new to the job. I had to send him away, and he wasn't able to finish the work.

It was alright. They came out about a week later. They just came and did an inspection and that was it, I did not expect much more. Interaction was limited. The inspection was limited, just check to make sure it was working and that was it. I thought that they would have done a little more intensive inspection of the system. It was y misunderstanding of what was going to be done.

. We contacted CET with some questions. Gary got back to us quickly with the information needed. Set up the appointment time and they called us to confirm the arrival time of the service person. All the work was done quickly and without problems. Alan was great about explaining the new features of the smoke detectors, and the importance of having your detectors changed out after 10 years. Even if you change the batteries after a while the smoke detectors are just not as effective. These new ones have a 10 year battery that doesn't chirp. We have used CET before and would used them again

The inspection went fine and was very informative but the report I received afterwards was a little dissapointing. I was going to take notes to remember it all but the inspector said I would get a report. The report I got was just a very brief list of items and did not provide the suggested repairs for the problems found nor did it include all of the problems found. I was left wishing I had written down all of the information I received verbally from the inspector - who was very good.

Jesse from CET did an awesome job for us. He is a very nice and very competent guy, and we appreciated his flexibility and professionalism in getting the job done. There were some issues that came up that would have stopped most people in their tracks, but Jesse used his ingenuity and knowledge gained from experience to solve the issues. Also, Gary (the owner) picked up the phone when I first called the company, answered every single one of my questions and explained some things to me (30 minutes on the phone with the owner is not commonplace), and got me on the schedule quickly. We will never use another electrical company as long as CET is around.

The coupon expired and they would not honor the face value. I left several messages over the couse of several months and never got a reply via phone or email.

I called CET on a Tuesday afternoon, and they were able to schedule me for between 8 am and 12 pm on that Thursday morning. I was pleased they could come out that quickly (they could have come Wednesday afternoon but I couldn't be home then). David Lilly called at about 8:30 am to let me know he would be arriving in 15-30 minutes, depending on traffic. He arrived in about 20 minutes. I can't say enough great things about him - he immediately put on "booties" to protect my floors, was very personable and engaging, worked efficiently, explained what he had done, and reassured me that everything was fine (I was worried that I had more significant problems with my electrical panel). I thought the cost was very reasonable. I found CET on Angie's List, choosing them because of all the great reviews. I would absolutely trust CET, and particularly David, with any future electrical work we need done.

Dale, our technician, was great! He called ahead of time, and even showed up early. He was very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us with our electrical issues in our new place. He wore boot covers the whole time and left the place nice and tidy!

We were contacted after the order to send a photo of the electrical box to make sure we had space to install the surge protector. We were contacted and asked for three possible dates for the install. We were notified of the date of the install within a 3 hour window. The day of the install the technician called within the 3 hour window to let us know he would arrive in 20 minutes. The tech arrived and the install took about 15 minutes. He explained how the surge protector worked and provided the warranty booklet. After a little cleanup he provided an invoice (we had paid through Angie's List) which I signed and received a copy. All quick, neat, and tidy

Eric arrived when he said he would. He completed the job in a professional manner. I would us him again.

Excellent. I had an outlet with the prongs of a broken plug stuck in it - he removed the prongs and checked the outlet. I had another with a dodgy Reset button - he checked it and suggested that it be replaced. I had a ceiling fan with a broken light fixture - he made an initial examination and offered suggestions on how it could be fixed. And I had three nonfunctioning fluorescent lights; he inspected each and offered guidance on their repairs also. He provided a range of options to fix the nonfunctioning items, from DIY to contracting with CET, and gave me an estimate along with advice on how I could get the best value for my money. He even offered input one what to do with a failing torchiere lamp. Very helpful and professional; I would definitely use his/CET's services again.

Jesse Rosenthal performed the safety inspection. He called prior to arriving and was very professional. He performed a thorough inspection of our house (including the garage, basement, and outside) and took time to explain not only what he was doing and why, but what he found and the recommendation to fix (if necessary). I had a few questions of my own including the installation of vent fans in the bathrooms and new outlets in the basement and he helped me understand what the electrician would do vs. what was a DIY or handyman project. When the inspection was done, he wrote up his recommendations and provided an estimate for the repair costs, which he went over in detail. I was pleased with his service and will likely use CET to do the repairs/upgrades.
