Company arrived on time. He was very polite and professional. I would definitely use this company again.

We bought an Angies List deal for two hours of electric labor since we moved into a house that we (mostly) renovated, but still had some smaller things to take care of. They put up a chandelier, ceiling fan and switched out several outlets. Eric was great and we were very happy. We'd for sure use them again.

They were really good. They tested everything and did what they said they would do. We had no complaints.

The electrician worked very quickly to finish all work on the first floor and he even managed to switch several of the outlets upstairs also. The $125 only paid for an hour and a half of service and the technician sent did an excellent job in an extremely timely manner. I will definitely use this company again.

They rewired a ceiling fixture and completed additional electrical jobs. They were very knowledgeable and punctual. I have already recommended them to others.

It went great. This was really effortless on our part. Made the appointment, the electrician showed up on time, took care of all the work and cleaned up any plaster dust left behind from the box installation. MOREOVER, the electrician listened to what I said, talked over the options, and left us with a great feeling of confidence in hanging the new chandelier, which we have yet to select. When you might be hanging a heavy, antique light you really do want confidence that the box will hold. I have no problem recommending these folks, but you must be very clear on how many projects you want done. They do exactly what you agree to in setting up the appointment, and you get your money's worth. Don't expect freebies, but their billing is clear and fair. Very professional. We are using them again because of our first expirience with them.

They did a very neat job, cutting as few holes as possible in our walls which had been recently painted and wallpapered (yes, we did this all backwards). Work was performed very efficiently. I would definitely use them again. They did an excellent job explaining in advance what they would do and their fees. No complaints whatsoever.

Arrived on time. Changed out a broken outlet in living room. Replaced three outdoor lights (post lamp, sconce and flush-mount porch light) with new one. Also changed out the bulbs in outdoor motion-sensor flood-lights that were too high for us to reach. Friendly and efficient. Would definitely hire again.

I am pretty happy with them and they responded pretty rapidly and did the work that I wanted them to do. They were prompt and they explained what they did and why it needed to be done. I talked to them about some other work that needed to be done and what it would take. They are courteous and they were quick.

IIt was a great and painless experience.

The rep (sorry I don't remember his name) was terrific, fast and did quality work. He was professional, clean-up after the jobs were done. Overall, I was very satisfied and would consider hiring them again for future projects

I'd say it went, ok. They did everything required in their checklist, and they checked the things I asked. But they said I didn't have any reverse polarity outlets, which is not what the home inspector told me, so somebody's incorrect and I saw the home inspector use a device on the outlets and record the reverse polarity ones. As for the blowing fuses, they said it was because of space heaters. Now, the one that was blowing was in a different bedroom than the room with the space heater, and though I know they could be on the same circuit, I'm a bit incredulous. I called back and they forwarded me to the owner, who was a bit frosty at the beginning, but eventually did take the time to explain what he as a senior electrician felt was the underlying problem, which is essentially echoing what was said by the visiting electrician. The problem seems to be still ongoing and I'm going to in a nice way confiscate all space heaters, plug the offending lamp in myself, and see if it blows. If so, than I will have new lines run in the bedrooms to accommodate the spaces heaters and, in the same outlet in the summer, window unit a/c. I will shop around though, this company was relatively good but they're certainly not the only game in town.

Eric arrived on time and had called about 15 minutes before arriving to make sure we were home. After checking out the areas involved, he got right to work and completed the outdoor outlet installation very quickly - and neatly. Running the cable to a room in the lowest level of the house took some investigation, planning and thought. Eric carefully considered - and explained - each of the options and allowed me to determine which one to take. He installed a splitter, ran the cable and installed the cable outlet - and it actually worked! He was personable, informative and professional in every respect. The projects took exactly 2 hours (the labor time purchased as part of the Big Deal) and the cost of the materials used was fair. This could not have been an easier experience. This was the second time we used Certified Electrical Technologies and we will undoubtedly use them again in the future.

We contacted Certified Electrical Technologies because there were some general electrical repairs on our home after a home inspection. Our electrician was prompt, professional, fast and affordable. We needed two new outlets, a garbage disposal repair, a new doorbell and a light fixture secured. The service we received was top notch. I will recommend Certified Electrical Technologies to all my friends and we will use them again in the future.

Excellent experience once again. I have used CET in the past for work. Technician showed up early within the time-period window of 1200 to 1500. All the lighting on the 2nd floor wasn't working. Technician was very thorough in checking outlets until he found a visibly damaged outlet. He made sure the associated breakers were switched off and removed and replaced the damaged outlet. All outlets and light switches were checked after the power was restored and the job was complete.

They did a great job and were very responsive.

I had had a power failure in my home and a large circuit of wall plugs no longer had power. The electrician reinstated power to these outlets.

CEI called me to schedule an appointment for after the Christmas holidays. During the call, I was asked what type of work was to be done in order to ensure that the electrician has the proper components. In this case, it was a double 15 amp breaker to replace the single 15 amp breaker, since all of the slots in the circuit breaker panel were in use. This was a small job that took about 1 hour. The electrician smartly replaced the breaker for the garbage disposal with the double breaker, since this is not a critical circuit. He then installed a GFI outlet within a foot of the power pack. For the second task, the electrician checked each outlet to identify the switched outlet. Not finding it, he then had do to some troubleshooting and found that switched outlet was not installed properly. A quick fix solved the problem. This work took about 15 minutes to complete. Unfortunately, I had no other tasks to fill the two hours.

Wonderful! Efficient and kind, the gentleman came in and went straight to work.
