Scheduling was easy, prices were very reasonable (or seem so to me!), and the technician was extremely personable and professional.

We had a wiring short in the circuit panel box. CET sent an electrician to look at the box to ensure it had been repaired properly and was safe. Upon review, he found the main circuit breaker was lose and a hazard. He had to disconnect everything that ran on dual breakers which meant we were without heat, hot water, oven and clothes dryer. Our panel is more than 30 years old and the company who made it is now out of business. The part could not be found locally and Gary spent time on the weekend answering my constant emails and locating a part. He had the shipping expedited so the part arrived quickly. As soon as the part arrived, he scheduled the service call to our house. Alan returned and got us up and running in a short period of time. We discussed with him replacing the old panel and putting as surge protector on the house. When we have this done in a couple of months, it will definitely be with CET. I found this company particularly responsive, pleasant and professional. I know from experience not many companies anymore would be answering nagging emails on the weekend and locating hard to find parts on their time off. For that we are extremely grateful. I highly recommend this company. We found their prices to be very reasonable and competitive. Their staff is terrific.

Repairman called prior to arrival. He arrived in the estimated time that was given to us. He was immediately able to diagnose the problem and correct it. He was friendly and personable. Would definitely use this company again.

Setting up the appointment was easy, the technician called when he was on his way and arrived well within the window. He was friendly, need and knew what he was doing. It was a difficult diagnosis - there were switches and outlets that weren't working in multiple rooms, but he tracked down the problem, explained the issue and made the necessary repairs. We were very pleased. We will use them again and recommend them to others.

Electrician was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He checked everything easily & quickly, and he also replaced a GFCI receptacle with a new one that I had purchased (and therefore only charged for labor). He was knowledgeable about how the wiring can be in older homes and explained things clearly.

The technician called ahead of time and arrived within the specified time frame. He was personable, competent, and efficient. I previously had a gas dryer and they installed an electrical dryer. I thought they were great. The technician who came out was very resourceful. A fuse in the electrical panel needed to be replaced due to the different heating element. Instead of installing a new part, he had a part already available on the truck that worked out just fine. The work was completed in about an hour and turned out well. I had called them back an additional time when I was searching for an electrician, but they said they no longer work in this area.

Appointment was easy to schedule. The technician, Eric, arrived on time. Work was completed in a timely fashion. I have used this company before and would highly recommend them for their knowledge, professionalism, and expertise.

It turned out very well. They charged me more than the "Big Deal." They did a good job so we had them do additional items. He's very knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was going to do. He did it promptly. He handled the additional request as a matter-of-factly. The whole thing was an A+ operation. The quality of work is the number one reason why I'll use them in the future.

They came right out. Everything checked out ok and he gave my mother some advice. The service was excellent, very professional and we were pleased.

It went really well. They didn't know what kind of work we needed but when they got here they had all the tools that were needed. We are working on a lot of remodeling so having the electrical checked was holding us up. They came and the work was done in about an hour which we were very pleased with. We will definitely use them again on our remodeling if we need electrical work done.

The inspection was pretty thorough. However, there was no written report. Only a verbal one.

David came within the expected time window, was efficient, seemed to know what he was doing, got things straightened out relatively quickly, and was willing to answer my questions about various electrical things around the house.

We bought a new stove but could not get it installed because some piping had to be fixed first. There was also an electric outlet that needed to be checked behind the stove. I mentioned to Certified Electrical that I needed a technician to come out as soon as possible. I coordinated with the plumber (Alpha Plumbing) and Certified Electrical was here early Wednesday--which worked out really well. The technician, Eric, was polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. We plan to change some ceiling fans and do some additional lighting. We are planning to call Certified Electrical again because we are so pleased with their customer service and professionalism.

The electrician came out and looked at the issue. He did not do any work just left. He told us there are some short circuits and that we'd need a professional electrician to fix the issue (???!). This is a service request from American Home Shield, so the service charge is not that much, but they should still get things fixed since that's why we bought home warranty. NOT happy with the service! Have not heard back from them after the service either, if they can't even fix short circuits, what does it mean to be "CERTIFIED ELECTRICAL TECHNOLOGIES"? This is very basic for an electrician to fix. Very disappointed, DO NOT USE!
