Customizing to my circumstances, I was able to trade up to the directional wall-wash eye-ball option, and additional fan wiring. Summarizing, I am utmost delighted with the process-as-whole, and the outcome: from drab to luminous within few hours!! As technician, Danny was most professional, knowledgeable, and patiently addressed difficult challenges & quirks of this "old House". Description of Work: Called them this morning at 11:30 to make an appt. Woman who answered the phone put me on hold, then came back and said the man who did the scheduling was out right now, and could they call me back. I asked her how long that would be, and she said an hour or two. It's now 4 pm - they never called back.

Description of Work: Had this company install a heavy duty electrical box/brace and wire/hang my dining room crystal chandelair. Also had them replace a bathroom fan -- just an install, I purchased the fan. Used a Big Deal Couponl -- $99 for 2 hours of licensed, professional electrical labor. I was charged an additional $30 to cover the material cost of the dining room heavy duty electrical box. The electrician did an excellent job installing the new electrical box without harming my freshly painted ceiling

Description of Work: I was caught out of town and tried to change my appt. date and time. The guy acted like I was trying to ruin him. He was rude and unprofessional and I asked the Home Warrant company Not to send him. He actually said "Do us both a favor and do that." I would never use this company plus it took forever just to get an appt. with them.

Description of Work: This company is one of the best. I had two light fixtures replaced in the kitchen. I called and set up a time and “Danny” called 20 min before he arrived and was done in one hour. We talked while he worked and he was very personable. I asked him about the rest of the wiring in the place (being afraid he would say it would require rewiring the whole place). He told me that the wiring was good and gave me another alternative that just required fixing the outlets. I appreciate the professionals and the honesty of this company and will call them again.

Description of Work: some of the lights and outlets in our house mysteriously stopped working. we e-mailed the company and the rep. called us in seconds! We scheduled an appointment for the next day. As the electrician was arriving promptly at the appointed time the next day, the power company trucks pulled up in front of our house and we learned that the problem we were having was due to a problem with the power line at the pole. The electrician from The company, Danny, talked to the power company workers, explained the situation to us and told us we didn't need his services after all. The company did not charge us for the service call. We were very pleased with the company's prompt response when we called. We also appreciated the explanation of the problem we got from Danny who arrived promptly for the appointment.

Description of Work: I had a 240 circuit put into my breaker box and an outlet for same installed on the wall of my screened in porch. They had to run the romex up thru a kit. base cabinet and thru the wall into the porch. They did a super job and were notable for a couple of other things they did right: first, the owner of the company himself, Gary Epstein, came to my house for the estimate and did a good job telling me my options and costs. Unlike most of the other companies I've dealt with, they did the job on time and materials, which is what I was looking for because I was able to buy the romex wire and run it from the box thru the basement to where it would go up into the kitchen myself. I saved some good money doing that believe me. The fella who came to do the job a few days later did a great job and clearly knew what he was doing. The price was what I wanted to pay for the job too, so I was very satisfied overall. I highly recommend you get an est from these guys before any electrical work
