Very bad. I went in late in February, 2017, to visit the show room. I went back about a week later with the kitchen dimensions and selected the cabinets, and countertop. I was then jerked around on a kitchen design and finally contacted the manager in April and he, the salesman, and I met and the design was completed...I thought. In early June I had an email from the salesman saying the existing flooring did not have asbestos. I wrote back and asked where were the cabinets (they should have been delivered at this point). As it turned out, the salesman had not order the cabinets. We negotiated a small discount and there was an expedited order put in. In the meantime, I had the old kitchen removed, some plumbing done, etc. Cabinet Discounters were supposed to remove the multi-layers of floors and the bulkhead. The subcontractor for the floor removed two layers and left (there were two layers left even after I explained all layers were supposed to be removed). I was then informed from CD that there was asbestos; I asked repeatedly why was I told initially there was no asbestos and got no answer. So CD did a remediation, removed the remaining floors, but removed the sub floor, knocked holes in the walls and their circular saw damaged and weakened the base flooring. Another hassle. When I asked about the subcontractors the managers only said he had employed them for many years. The plumber is good, the electricians were crummy (had to come out 5 times to do a two visit job, ripped big holes in the walls indiscriminately (more work for others), walked away from the prep without finishing, didn't inform CD of changes, etc. I ordered Brighton (sp?) cabinets and they are nice. There is a definite lack of communication within the staff and the customer and they do not care. I finally patched the holes in the walls myself after asking numerous times for it to be fixed. I was given about $3K discount for the incompetence but should have bought the cabinets and hired my own contractors. Also, the counter top place they use is a relation of the owner; the quartz looks good but it was not glued down properly and a lot of caulk was left on door knobs and the countertops. More to this experience but this is enough I hope to discourage others.
